Cauliflower

Pretty and nutritious, the name Cauliflower means Cabbage flower. Growing on a single stalk, this vegetable s compact head is about 6 inches in diameter and composed of many undeveloped flower buds, which are white since the plant s leaves shield them from the sun as they grow.
